At Fluffera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items
  • Downloadable software or gift cards
  • Select health and personal care items

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only. To initiate an exchange, email us at fluffera.au@gamil.com with the details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Delivery returns

To return your product, mail it to: fluffera.au@gmail.com.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For expensive items, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance.
